These lights have a design issue. I own 2 sets one driving and one fog. The lights, when fully tightened down, will move up and down by simply removing the tightly bound light cover. I cut the light cover's vynal stich to lesson its grip but the lights still move up and down when messed with. Overtighten the nut and the carbon/plastic joint will deform and break! These lights simply will not lock down on up and down movement. I also had an accident where a short was created by a exposed connector where the factory heat shrink broke free and the light burned out. I did not notice this and the other light was on, which I did not know because the cover was on it. I left for the night and later discovered the 1 light had melted/burned the covers and the sealant holding in the light melted/deformed. It is my opinion that this light cannot handle a full duty cycle and will melt/deform the sealing material holding the light in the housing thus exposing the electronics. KC, a highly...
